Cancellation policy

RETURNS: please initiate your request within 15 days of receiving your order. 

EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT: please initiate your request within 15 days of receiving your order.

DOMESTIC RETURNS

• All items must be returned with ALL TAGS ATTACHED.
• If tags are removed, store credit or exchange will be offered. 
• All refunds will be issued as soon as the package is received by us. 
• If Redo Returns Coverage is purchased at checkout then return shipping on all DOMESTIC orders will be covered. Otherwise, customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

• All items must be returned with ALL TAGS ATTACHED.
• If tags are removed, only store credit or exchange will be offered. 
• RETURN / EXCHANGE Shipping is covered by the customer on international orders. 
• All refunds will be issued as soon as the package is received by us.
