We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase such as the order number.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The customer is responsible for returning the socks in it's original unworn condition.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
We do not take responsibility for any lost or damaged items during transit. A tracking number is sent once your order ships out for you to track. Each order is carefully handled and packaged.
We are not liable for damages caused by shipping carriers.
All shipping information: email, phone number address, apartment number e.t.c must be correctly entered as we are not responsible for incorrect or lost deliveries.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, but we do offer exchanges
Once your order of Our Statement Socks has been shipped out, due to the nature that they are personally used items which involve direct body contact and cannot be re-used by another individual we cannot offer an exchange.
If you're unhappy with your purchase, we can offer you a gift card or store credit. You are responsible for the return of the socks in it's original unworn condition.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
